I was born in Serres in 1965. My relationship with photography began at an early age by watching the method of printing B/W images at the photo studio of my uncles. Since 1983 I started to deal seriously with photography. In 1985 I began my studies in photography at the university of Athens.

I attended the artistic photography seminars of Plato Rivellis and in 1987 with the establishment of the association "Photography Circle" I handled the prints of photographs of many members for exhibitions and publications.

I have taught photography at colleges: ESP (european school of photography) of Athens, Department of Photography at TEI of Athens and the Institution of Leica Academy. Since 1996 I have a permanent cooperation with the Jewish Museum of Greece where I am in charge of their photo archive. I have two solo exhibitions and I also participated in several group shows. Some of my photographs have been purchased by the Museum of Photography in Thessaloniki. Also my photos have been published in several magazines, mostly in the "E" magazine of the newspaper "Eleutherotupia".

Professionaly I mostly focus my work on the following subjects: artworks, weddings, events, architectural, advertising photography and fine printing of B/W photos by the traditional method (darkroom). I also give private lessons on the technique of photography and Photoshop.
